I am sure Barnes will make a slow deliberate climb up the * ladder.

Barnes and Cabot vs monk and bentonville for state 7a bbal championship. Having not seen Cabot play I assume Barnes gets assigned monk. I'll be rooting strong for Barnes and Cabot and hoping monk gets shutdown and his team loses

You sir were correct! Monk 0-11 from 3 and Barnes was the leading scorer for Cabot. WPS!!

Is there any particular reason, besides, perhaps, the busyness of people maintaining this list, that Daulton Hyatt hasn't been added to our list of commits?

With 24/7 seemingly giving just about every recruit in their database for football or basketball at least 3 stars, it is good to have where they supposedly rank vs their peers overall and by position plus the other "legit" offers.
Quote from: MaconBacon on March 22, 2018, 10:30:04 amWe had a good run in the 90's and one NC and now the whole state still laments that we are a top seed program and have kids standing in line to come to good ole Arkansas.  We're just a flash in the pan boys.

He was unranked when I posted. Just didn't update it when he was rated soon after.
Well, how come you're so slow on adding Kirby Adcock, lol.....

No problem, working for the NSA has limited you "free" time?

Dalton Hyatt is highly thought of, at least by ESPN.

3 stars according to Scout.  Above link should take you straight there.

Understand the time crunch.
Hope this helps.

So everyone one of the nationalized incidents were justified? There is no race problems with policing? If that is what you believe.....well bless your heart, it must be hard going through life with the obstacles you must have to overcome. Do they send a bus to come pick you up?

I don't know what service you are looking at, but 247 still has him a 3*

ESPN 300.

24/7 still has not done their due diligence other than a bump for his SEC commitment.

But as you know, it will all change after Summer Camp Season and Their Fall Season in one way or the other... Thank you doing all of this Tom, it is appreciated man. 🙌🏻🐗

He is, all the sites list him at RB, but he plays both and said we recruited him at DB.

Who else on that list is recruited at CB besides McClellion and Curtis?  Anyone?  I assumed Barnes was, but he might be targeted for WR?

Maybe I am wrong but it seems like we are going after more speed and athletes over size. I say thank you.

Tomhog,

As usual thanks for this great yearly thread. Do you think you could start adding the class of 2018 commits at the bottom of the main post?
Have a happy thanksgiving and thanks again.

Hard Commit to Ole Miss.  Clearly the NCAA ain't caught them yet.

We need some D-linemen for this class. Some CB's wouldn't hurt either.

Terrible recruiting. We have such a disadvantage being small with poor traditions. We have been and always will be average at best. No coach will overcome this. So, just relax and support who we are. If you disagree you haven't been a fan since 63.

I'm not certain that we need to be quite that relaxed in our expectations. We have made some serious progress in gaining recruiting ground in Florida and Louisiana, we just need (my opinion) to re-focus on rebuilding our recruiting in Texas and picking up 6-7-8 from there every year.

As weird as it sounds we need Texas to be amazing again. It will make Texas talent want to leave state or play in another conference. We need bama to also fall off the map. I'm not sure if then losing this championship hurt or helped. I wanted them to win the next 2 and saban to retire. Now I think we just guaranteed that he will be coaching atleast 1 year longer than before.
