Missouri and Arkansas have similar demographics and are in the same part of the country.

Missouri played in the SEC championship game as the West division champion in 2013.
Arkansas was 0-8 in the conference and didn't make a bowl.

Missouri's ESPN final ranking was 33.   Arkansas was 30.

What impact did winning play in the recruiting results??????
