700-475-40  Arkansas has the 23rd most successful record in college football history.  From 1998-2011  Arkansas won 109.  Starting with with the 2012 until the present we have won only 30 games. Yes it has been a long(no pun intended) period of below average games.

that's a .58 win% in a 12 game schedule that would be 7 wins per year.
People ask me what I do in winter when there is no baseball.  I will tell you what I do. I stare out the window, and I wait for spring.

I haven't run the numbers but starting with the 1958 season until the end of the 2011 season I think you will fins it to be much better.

435 wins in 692 games .63win % in a 12 game season that is 7.56 games so still a 7-8 game a win per season clip.

Good enough to be ranked #23 all time in college football. Not bad!

Before Broyles, Hogs record was pretty pitiful...  real pitiful... honest injun... but Holtz - Hatfield years the Hogs were absolutely on fire and sniffed the NC at least once (1977-1978)

I remember the days before Before Broyles. One year the students took soil from Arkansas and spread on the field before playing Rice for good luck. That was 1954, we won the SWC that year and lost to Clemson in the Cotton bowl. I was in the 3rd grade.

Yup GT.  JFB was OC for the Yellow Jackets and as he heard Arkansas fans new year's eve Hog calls echoing through downtown Dallas he supposedly commented to a Georgia sportwriter"  "Can you image the feelings of a player's mother to hear her son called like a hog?!"  :)
