Who determines hit/errors in SEC baseball games? Hagen Smith was charged with a hit that lead to an earned run on a ball that hit Sprague-Lott right in the glove and he dropped. Is there any way to challenge the ruling?

Not sure I'd consider anyone on the team a defensive upgrade in OF over Holt outside of Wilmsmeyer.

Although Tygart & Molina probably didn't have their best stuff this weekend, with good to avg outfield play we probably win 1 or both of those games.
Personally I think DVH might have used this weekend as an elimination weekend for some guys.
- lovitch has earned some at bats, but probably won't play in the field barring an injury.
- holt has earned LF, but probably won't play CF unless wilmsmeyer is PH for in a game.
- Rowland is probably relegated to emergency catcher.
- Edmonson has earned defensive replacement in LF/CF when wilmsmeyer is PH for and possibly DH/PH role, depending on pitcher.
- DH is a total toss-up as no one in that spot has separated themselves from the pack (an unimpressive pack so far).

That is being smart; at least for the next few years.  People are calling for Mike Neighbors to be fired.  However, more likely than not, he will get another contract extension, and another big raise with a huge buyout.  The AD will argue that is necessary or else recruiting will be harmed because to recruit the players need assurance that the coach will not be replaced.
