I wasn't aware that Arroyo had a substance abuse issue, although it comes as no surprise.

Back when he was riding in New York, anger management was his bugaboo. He ended up actually doing jail time for an altercation in a pool hall near Belmont Park after he and his posse laid waste to another patron.

Hope he doesn't turn into P Val II.
