Hello all,

Just joined last week and really enjoy the Razorback history forums.  I lived in Arkansas in from 73-86.  We had season tickets to the basketball games from the early 80's till we left.  My favorite Hogs are from that era,  Sir Sid, Alvin Roberston, Joe Klein, Hastings et al.  I have 3 memories that stand out 1)  We were at the '81 NCAA tourney game in Austin when US Reed beat Louisville on a last second shot from half court 2)  In '85 the Hogs played Michigan on national TV from Barnhill.  It was the loudest I have ever heard the arena.  We played great and won.  3)  This happened many times, but I'll always remember navigating our way back to Fort Smith from Fayetteville at night after some of those games, when it was so foggy you could hardly see the road in front of you, much less any cars in front of you.
