SEC football, I'll create this one as a reason explaining why the conference is in a transition this season.  This was pointed out before the season along with some top programs starting new qb's.  The hype in Sept and Oct over SECW teams got out of control.  ESPN's ratings and the SECN's were helped tremendously.  But reality was always going to slap us at some point.

"Of the 73 players, 33 come from SEC schools, or began their careers at SEC schools. That's far and away the most of any conference. LSU has 11 underclassmen with ties to the program represented."

The early entry exodus from our top programs has been happening and was bound to catch up.
