Passing:
attempts: Austin is already 7th all time per game with 3 spots in the top 28. For the season, he already ranks 4th all time and was only 37 attempts from tying for first. If he replicates last season, he'd be in 7th place and if he were to top the single season mark, he could easily move up to 4th in only 2 full seasons.
completions: Currently ranks 9th for single game, 5 completions (33) short of tying for first. Was 4th last season, being 32 completions shy of first. Replicating last season would put him in 5th, though even if he had the highest single season mark, doesn't look like he will likely go higher than 4th, besting Mallett.
%: Ranks 12th for a min of 12 attempts in a single game, 9th for a single season, and is currently 2nd for career.
Yards: Game he ranks 9th, season 5th, and career in only 1 season he's still 12th. 510 will be hard to beat for a single game. He is 10 yards shy of being 4th (BA), though would have to throw over 3600 yards to go higher. As for career yardage, well, there's almost a 2000 yard gap from 4th to 5th. He only needs 2400 yards to move to 4th, 1000 less than he threw last year. He'd need 3800+ to go any higher though.
td's: Ranks 5th in the season so far, and I think could greatly improve on the 25 he threw last year. 31 would put him tied for 3rd place (he's currently already at 10th, but would need 38 to tie for first).
int's: Last season was also the 4th highest single season total. He'd have to throw 11 next year to make the list tied at 10th though which he will likely cut down a decenter number.

*Passing game is losing a lot of targets so that will hurt Allen's ability to break some of these records or move up. However, he will likely be much improved himself as a 2nd year starter so that will improve his chances. Running game returning a lot of experience will hurt, but returning some really talented guys and the new ones helps.

Rushing:
attempts: RW3 ranks 5th in season attempts, but with Whaley getting better, I don't think he moves higher. Needs <200 carries though to make it to 11th place. Will likely finish somewhere in the top 10. If he stays a 4th year, he could flirt with #1.
yards: RW3's 2016 ranked 5th all time for a single season and was very close to 4th. If he replicates last year, he moves into 6th beating out Felix. Couple extra yards he could move to 5th, but would need a 1600 yard season to go higher.
td's: 20 is going to be tough to beat for a single season. Next year, replicating would put him tied for 7th and one away from 6th career but would need 17+ to move higher.
100 yd games: Only Dmac and Collins are ahead of him with 10 games in a season. He is tied for 3rd behind those two with 7. If he were to match their 10 next season, he'd move to sole possession of 2nd, replicating last season puts him in 4th.

*Whaley will likely be earning a lot more carries next season, but the offense should be much more consistent as well. RW3 will be improved and they will be running behind a much more experienced OL.

Receiving:
receptions: Cornelius doesn't rank anywhere yet, but top receiver has to date received in the realm of 60 receptions in a season. 52 puts you in the top 10. If Cornelius replicates what he did last season, he moves to 17th career receptions.
yards: 700 puts you in the top 21. If he replicates last season, he'd be at 17th career yards. He'd need 750+ to move higher than 15th though.
td's: Currently ranks 19th in career td's. 7 would put him in the top 10. 10 would tie him with Hatcher who is in 4th place. 10 would also rank 3rd all time tied with Morgan and Lucas.
100 yd games: However, Cornelius is already on top or tied with the current cohort for 100 yard games in a season with 3. The max in a season is 5 set by Lucas and Eubanks. Hard to imagine with the receivers we've had, 5 is the most single season. If he adds another 3, he'll be tied for 6th. If he has 6 next season, he'd be tied for 2nd.

*Cornelius is the only returning receiver with more than 1 career catch. However, we  have some exciting players who have been waiting in the wings and have brought in some big time talent as well.

Defense:
Int yards: Toliver sits at 10th currently for career int yards. 10 more yards would bump him up to 7th.
