I love grilling these.

Make the grilling sauce to your taste, add anything you like.  The basic ingredients are:
White Wine
Olive Oil (just a little)
D'Jon Mustard
Fresh Ground Pepper
Sea Salt

Slice Red Onions into slices about 1/2 inch thick.  Brush with sauce.  Turn with tongs, brush again.
GREAT with any kind of beef.

Can't wait for that baseball game!

Snort and Squeal

I've grilled white or yellows with olive oil, a little crushed red pepper, and the all time great... Cavendars Seasoning.

It's awesome too!
Is it any coincidence that we bleed red???  I think not!
