Anyone have any experience with these shells? I switched two years ago to hevi-shot for ducks and haven't looked back but got a great deal on some tungsten and wondered if they were going to be worth a crap.

I was shooting Kent Tungsten Matrix for a while, but couldn't quite justify the price for the performance vs. Winchester Supremes.  Hevi-Shot however, is a different story.

Load of choice for ducks at mid range and over decoys.
Winchester Supreme - #02 - 1 1/4 ounce
Patternmaster - Standard (unless on a small pond, then the PM Short Range)

Got a deal on the tungsten @$3.00 a box so I got a case.

I am a definite hevi-shot convert for waterfowl though. the shells are definitely a lot higher but shoot a boat load less of them to kill the same number of birds so it works out about the same and I haven't ever had to chase a cripple shot with it.

3" #6 through an Improved Modified choke. It is real tight inside 20 but tight enough that out to 50 is real trouble for a duck.
