At least according to Today's Usports:

1. Arkansas State
Last year, the Red Wolves used a whole gambit of quick plays with quicker players to move the ball and win nine games in 2015, including the SBC title. But head coach Blake Anderson has a lot of that talent back this year that is quick and deep. Plus, the offense averaged 40 points a game last year, 12th best in the nation.

But the big news from Jonesboro is the transfer of quarterback Chad Voytik, who played all 14 games at Pittsburgh last season, throwing for 2,233 yards and 16 touchdowns. Voytik is not the starter yet, but if he can quickly learn the playbook, he could be a huge difference-maker for this offense.

ASU will also have diversity at the running back position and at wide receiver. Running backs William Wand and Johnston White combined for 1,357 yards and 19 touchdowns last season, while wideouts Dijon Paschal, Chris Murray and Blake Mack all had significant playing time last year.

The offensive line also has two first-team All-Sun Belt players back in Jemar Clark and Colton Jackson. Arkansas State isn't the most solid offense in the conference, but it has the most speed and scoring quickness in the league right now.

IMO they do have the most solid offense in the SBC, and having a real QB for the first time under Anderson, and not just an athlete playing QB should make that very evident.

Surprised they  mentioned former Pitt QB Chad Voytik, who has to beat out a talented former Sooner Justice Hansen,  but failed to mention former Longhorn Kendall Sanders, Horn Frog Cameron Echols-Luper at receiver, and Armond Weh Weh, and Jamal Jones at running back. All are expected to be among, if not the best players on offense.
