SB Nation put in a Freedom of Information Act request and obtained the contracts for a few of Ole Miss' future games including its 2020 game with Baylor in the Advocare Texas Kickoff.

The report states that Ole Miss might lose up to $3 million that it was promised to play in the game when the program signed the contract.

QuoteIf the School is placed under conference or NCAA sanctions so that that value of the Event is materially decreased as determined by [ESPN Regional Television] (e.g. sanctions that allow for immediate transfer of football student athletes or a television/distribution media ban), then ERT and the School shall mutually agree upona reduction of the Fee (or termination of this agreement), as appropriate.
