Tennessee Coach Offers

I'm trying to figure at what Coach they are on for offering. 
From what I've heard the following have turned them down.
Gundy
Cutcliff
Schiano (well technically he didn't turn it down)

Who else?  I'm curious about the total rejections.  And what plan (Plan C?) they are on.
