Just saw s stat line for a Joe Adams WR for one of the NY teams.  I looked at rosters for both teams and didn't see a Joe Adams listed.  Does anyone know if it was our Joe Adams and if he's getting a look see in pre-season?

Jerrell Adams is a TE for the NY Giants.  But I don't believe Joe is in the League any longer.

I saw that go by on the crawler last night, and wondered the same thing.

I just asked the internet and here's what I got (which still doesn't kill the idea he could be on someone's current roster)—
On April 7, 2016, Adams signed with the Texas Revolution of Allen, Texas, a founding member of Champions Indoor Football, an indoor American football league. Adams re-signed with the Revolution on January 5, 2017.

Well it didn't say Jerrell or J, it said Joe Adams.

Allen, Texas—former home of Jonathan Williams—is just a half hour-ish north of me. I should go watch some games up there.

Not sure which. channel listed "Joe", but the crawl on NFL Network showed J. Adams (NYG) had 3 catches For 28 yds. which is what Jerrell Adams had Friday night vs the Steelers. Oh well.

I believe that Joe Adams is playing on an indoor team in Texas

When that play happened we thought it was Dennis Johnson.  It wasn't until I watched the replay on the Jumbotron that I realized it was Joe.

His 40 times at combines never seemed right.  I couldn't help but wonder if he got hurt or was just out of shape.  He seemed legit 4.4 something.  I don't remember him being caught from behind in college.
