Texas already has one 5* DT commit, and another 5* close to committing.

RECRUITING RANKINGS ARE BULL%^&*.  THEY PROBABLY RANKED HIM A 4 STAR BECAUSE TEXAS WAS RECRUITING HIM.  IF HE SWITCHES TO THE RAZORBACKS, THEY'LL PROBABLY MOVE HIM DOWN TO A 2 STAR.
