is #108 according to Warren Nolan.  For those keeping score that's a +3 over last year.   The champagne is already chilling for when we break #100 in 2008.  Can't wait.  Of course, that would be a -1 from Heath's first season.

My apologies.  I realize this post may be causing some confusion.  It was late last night....The sun was in my eyes....My dog ate my arithmetic tables...

I used "+" to mean better and "-" as worse.  Just to clarify.  Hog RPI according to Warren Nolan:

2003: 107
2004: 111
2005: 108
