Hogs in Pontiac finals; Vote now for Arkansas

Doubling up in a few key forums to make sure everyone is in the game.

Arkansas has reached the finals of the Pontiac Game Changing Play of the Year.  First, thank you to all our fans who have voted in the first three rounds to put the Razorbacks in the finals.

Now, however, we need your help more than ever.
Our athletic director, Jeff Long, has pledged the $100,000 scholarship prize money toward a new fund that will provide support for U.S. Veterans who wish to attend the University of Arkansas.  He has already put the $5,000 we received for winning the play of the week in this fund.

I am making a personal appeal to you -- our extremely active on-line fan base -- to get out the vote.  Over the years, you have been passionate, you have been vocal, but above all, you have shown your love for the Razorbacks in many, many ways.  During that time, our fans have often been made an example of the down side of the passionate supporter, as a negative.

It is your turn to show them all that you can rally to something unquestionably positive for your team, your school, your Razorbacks.

Let's be honest, this is an uphill battle, but Razorbacks rally -- just like in this play; in 1994; in 1964.

Vote on every computer you own; share the link with your friends and neighbors.  Send it out on your community lists to those that would want to support Arkansas or U.S. Veteran scholarships.  Get the word out far and wide -- the voting closes on Jan. 6.
