I'm in Al Kut flying Medevac. If you see a Blackhawk with a Red Cross and Hog on the engine cowling, it us! :razorback:

Yep, our sister unit C-131 did that. There are 16 total aircraft with Hogs on em in the country. 10 Air Assault and 6 Medevac. We take that stencil every where we go and tag what we can...

Oh, and I fly into Kalsu all the time...

Flat Iron is the call sign for the Medevac Unit at Ft Rucker Alabama. They fly Huey's still. We go by Razorback Medevac....

Technically I am at FOB Rustamiyah...but I spend 5 of every 7 days in sector, so it would be more accurate to say I am stationed at the JSS on the southern border of Sadr City.

My wife's son is over there, my son is down at camp Robinson full time instructor. Her son will be home before christmas, I hope mine gets out when his time is up next year. He's been in for seven and has done very very well but I hope he gets out.

I am at LSAA, 519th MI BN, sadly I am the only RAZORBACK in the group and I work with 2 LSU guys..so I pray we pull this one off.. it would make my day.. hell my deployment

The Game is going to be on AFN, PRIME... It says it starts at midnight, but their time is all jacked up on the web sit, so I would bet its going to be 2330, if you actually factor the time difference.

Oh of course I had to go "hunt" them down, One stuck his fingers in his ears and said I am not listening and walked away, the other said thats what sucks about being an LSU fan, .... I told em thats whats hard about being any SEC teams fan, seems like any given team can beat anyother, on any day.. I am just glad this day it was "OUR" team that beat "theirs"

You could have came over to Fire Station III (across from LSA 20) and called the hogs with me.

YEP, after being stuck at FOB Delta I passed through Balad. It was like being on vacation! The Air Force definitely keeps the better looking women to themselves!
