Not sure what, if any, conclusions can be drawn, but I found this an interesting summary of recruiting of SEC schools by state, by ranking (stars) per state, by state, etc.

That is interesting, thought our in state number would be bigger.

Anything to be learned from these numbers?

Big XII might be a better fit for us.
Hoping the Hogs basketball fortunes change for the better this season.

Did you notice the percentage of arkansas recruits in the top programs. I hate to say it but arkansas does not put out D1 talent. not very often anyway. I wish we could be like florida, LSU, and georgia, and be able to have enough talent in state that we could have 50% or more of our team be instate guys. This is why these programs are so big time. year after year they have the instate players to be able to fill all of there needs. Arkansas does not have that.

So what I get out of it is that Arkansas puts out the fewest number of recruits who sign with SEC schools, except for Kentucky.  This is why it is very important to get all of our in state talent b/c we don't have enough to spread around.
